The ELICOS - 089714G General English course is designed to provide skills and knowledge in the use of the English language for general purposes. The course also includes academic elements, however its focus is becoming effective communicators in English. The Intermediate, Upper Intermediate and Advanced modules provide students the opportunity to focus on particular areas of English relevant to the student’s interest.

Study ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students) in Canberra with supportive, practical, face to face classes. You will have the opportunity to study with others from accross the globe in a multicultural environment.

Pronunciation
Develop your pronunciation skills through practicing and learning international phonetics and spelling. Obviously you will also practice your pronunciation with lots of speaking!

Develop writing skills through writing sentences, paragraphs, summaries, articles, letter, reports and essays.
 
Vocabulary
Develop your vocabulary skills through studying a variety of topics and themes each day. Through reading and listening, you will also learn lots of new and helpful words.
